Ever since he got ‘that’ now iconic scarf RB has loved dressing up and always likes to have just the right outfit for every occasion. Being a theatre mascot he’s been very lucky over the years to be in the right place to have garments and accessories made especially for him (RB knows the problems of getting clothes that fit right only too well, his neck measures almost the same as his height!).
To celebrate the launch of our new ‘Bear Togs’ page RB wants to share a few of his favourite outfits with you, we hope you enjoying hearing how they came about.
Country Gent

Perhaps RB’s most elegant look, the country gent is inspired by classic tailoring with a touch of Peaky Blinders. It’s the perfect ensemble when he needs to be smart and stylish.
Robin Hood
When RB was theatre mascot at Salisbury Playhouse working on Robin Hood he couldn’t resist getting his own costume made to join in the fun. Who doesn’t enjoy dressing up as their childhood hero right? Just be careful what you get up to in those woods RB!
Carnival
Sometimes RB just like to party in style… what more can I say! Rio vibes all the way with this extra special outfit which was designed especially for RB by a professional theatre costume designer, only the best for our bear.
Rescue and Porgy

RB’s final outfit is another theatre inspired piece and an extra special one. Back in 2019 we worked on a production of ‘Breaking the Code’ a play about Alan Turing https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alan_Turing It turns out Alan Turing had a Teddy called Porgy. When we found out he was going to be in the play too and needed an appropriate costume naturally RB stepped up as first understudy. What an honour and of course cuteness overload.

A classy bear as always!
You should bring out your own catwalk collection. Still loving your Robin outfit. XX 😊😍
