New House Tour

When RB isn’t on tour and living on the road as a Theatre Mascot, he likes to chill out at home.  After months of trying his adopted humans finally sold their freezing cold Victorian house and in May 2022, they all moved to a new cosy house.  The new house is pretty small with only one bedroom but RB doesn’t mind because he’s pretty small too.  He’d like to take you on a little tour of his new pad and show you some of his favourite places to hang out.

RB loves the great outdoors so when he’s indoors naturally he loves a house plant.  The new house doesn’t really have a garden so there aren’t as many opportunities for RB to get his paws muddy but he’s happy to have some time off from weeding duties for the time being.  It’s really warm in his new place so he’s hoping it won’t be too much for his leafy friends, RB’s human Granny said some of the plants wouldn’t enjoy being too hot so we’ll just have to keep an eye on them and remember to keep up with the watering.

Speaking of friends RB’s got quite a few at home, here’s Barnaby the original 1970’s plushie!  He doesn’t like to travel as much these days but he’s still quite the snappy dresser. A few more buddies relaxing in the bedroom.  Pancake Bear’s here too of course cooking up treats in his new kitchen.  It seems everyone is really enjoying themselves at the new house.

Moving to a smaller house meant that the humans had to get rid of quite a few things.  Of course, RB made sure to supervise all of the tip missions to make sure that none of his stuff got thrown out!  He’s pleased to report though that none of his favourite books got lost in the move and it goes without saying that he didn’t have to donate any of his bear togs to the charity shop.  Life’s pretty cushty when you’re a cute little plushie!

So all in all RB is pretty happy with his new place, in all seriousness after his past experiences as a street bear RB knows just how lucky he and his human’s are to have such a lovely place to put their paws up and call their own.
